At GuruPuzzle, We value your privacy and data security. In compliance with Google Play Developer & Facebook Policy requirements, this page describes how you can request deletion of your personal data stored in our app.
2. Scope of Deletion
Once your deletion request is received, the following data (if applicable) will be permanently removed:
- Account information (username, registered email, etc.)
- In-app profile and user preferences
- Usage history, preferences, and cached data
- Third-party login connections (e.g., Google, Facebook)
3. How to Request Deletion
You can submit your data deletion request in one of the following ways:

In-App Deletion:
Open the app → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions. -
By Email:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include:- Your account name or registered email address
- Optional: any supporting details (such as a screenshot) that help verify your identity
4. Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving complete information and will confirm the result via email.
5. Important Notes
- Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- If your data is backed up on third-party platforms (e.g., Google), you may need to delete it directly from those services.
- Some information may be temporarily retained to meet legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., transaction or tax records), but only for the minimum required duration.

To protect account security and prevent abuse, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., by confirming your registered email or performing an in-app verification). We only collect information necessary to complete this verification.
